Yes its a modified child buggy. You can find plenty of similar ones online. I had to reposition the wheels. For the front wheel Ive built an extension to have enough place for the antenna case. Ive modified a pelicase and added some switches and sockets for USB and Odometer connections to it. If you are using a smaller case/or no case the antenna should fit under the Buggy without to modify the wheel position of the buggy. I think its better to put the antenna in a case if you are using it in rough terrain. Would be nice to see some data in the future;-)

It might be nice to have a section to signpost documents detailing the latest standards and guidance (e.g. EAC 2 and the Historic England guidance on marine geophysics). I'm working in a UK context but other countries or global good practice would be useful.

*Edit to say I've noticed the EAC guidelines are in the 'Books' section at the bottom of the page - I still think a guidance document area would be beneficial.

Nice one, Benny! I've been exploring potential cart build options. Is your solution a modified child's buggy? How did you find it?

Also, agreed - it's a good entry level instrument (it's my first owned) but definitely has constraints when compared to other options. I'm definitely happy with what I've done so far and its potential.

The article "AI methods for enhancing and recognizing archaeological features in heterogeneous geophysical datasets" made it into nature Scientific reports (!) with 1m crossline spacing for both magnetometry and GPR profiles !!!

While this is impressive, it certainly does not reflect the state of the art or gets anywhere near that. 

An old german book about dowsing techniques from the year 1915. I got it from an old farmer while doing geophysics on his property. He firmly believed that dowsing works......
